Great weight loss programs always allow breaks – You should always be allowed to eat something that is considered “bad” food. Depending on the plan, you should be able to have what you want a few times a week to once a week (at minimum).
Weight loss programs also allow for quick, sustainable exercise every week. Most workouts should not exceed 20-40 minutes a few times a week. That’s it. For most normal people this is more than enough.
